Question about 2000 Ford Taurus
Yes there is, one is for the A/C and the other is for the engine, there both side by side. When the A/C is on, one of the fans will turn on and when the engine reaches 195 degrees, the ECM turn's on the second fan. Some cars both do come on at the same time but most will one at a time. Good luck and hope this helps, you can check the wire harness to the fan for damage of any kind and also run a hot wire direct from the battery to the fan one at a time so you know if the fan it self is bad or a fuse or relay for the fan is bad. Good luck and hope this helps, Be glad to answer any questions you may have.
