I have a 1996 Chevy astro van LS The heater motor wont run. I get power to the relay module .I can close the relay & heater will blow.I am concerned it might be the main module not sending out power to relay in main fuse relay module. air wont work either. coils on both relays ok aprox 84 ohms. Thank You Pete.

- I believe the problem is in the main control module, because I said motor ok when I closed relay
Resistor , check it out.
Conect power to the motor direct , see if it rotates.
Hot wire it with a fuse and a swich through the resistor for different speeds. It will be manual not auto unless you want to change the module. Re calibrate the vent doors , and do a diagnostic if you have tha auto modul .

i hava a 96 T&C. the trans was put in new at 95k miles. It now has 150k and the tranny show says the differential blew a hole threw the tranny case. Is this a common problem for these cars? Will I need to do a tranny overhaul as part of the repair?

I started out where i could start it and it would work untill I put it in reverse then the fuse would burn out, so I would just continue to change out fuses. Now it won't stay started, so my question is the ecm bad or do I have a short somewhere???
