Need the firing order 3.1 v6

The 1995 Camaro did not come with a 3.1 V6, but instead a 3.4 V6.
Assuming this is what you meant, the correct firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6.
Here is a representation with the cylinders labeled in order. 5 6 3 4 1 2 ---nose of car---

1986 camaro with 2.8 v6 cranks but will not start.

Hi, it can be because of the timing chain or gear broke. This times the valves with the pistons.
If the car has spark, then it is not the timing gear or chain, as this drives the cam, which in turn drives the distributor shaft. If it doesn't have spark, the quickest way to check if it is the timing gear/chain is to pull the distributor cap and see if the rotor is turning when you crank the engine.
For a car to run it has to have compression, spark, air and fuel, in the right amounts and at the right time. If a car isn't even trying to start, one of these is usually missing. Given that you have spark, and fuel pressure at the rail, this would seem to narrow down the options.
Take care

Check your idle air stabalizer or sometimes called the idle air control valve, it may be clogged with carbon buildup and not working properly,

Car bacxkriring to air filters when start then when gets hot runs

that is usually the indication of leaky valve and stem seal. you can cure it by having your cylinder head rebuilt or replace. first check your compression if you have a low compression on some cylinder squirt oil to cylinder then redo compression test if no change on reading then you need work on your cylinder head.
