I have a 2000 mazda millenia and my check egine light is on and flashing what could be the problem

The warning light is telling the driver the computer has found a problem that will affect performance and emissions. The problem is serious when the light is flashing.
You need to get the computer scanned for trouble codes, most auto parts stores will scan for free in hopes of selling some parts.

Having a hard time installing the passenger side cv because of the clip moving when i try to put it in on a 2000 mazda millenia s.

Hello
Please explain what clip you refer to, the snap ring that holds the CV to the axle shaft? If this is the case do you have the proper snap ring pliers and the area around the clip is clean and free of grease? There is really no "magic solution to this other than having the proper tools and having the skill to use it.

Hold light came on on my 99 mazda millenia. what

I think there is a button on your transmission shifter that is the Hold button. you probably engaged it by accident. Its on the left side of the shifter and you need to disengage. I think it pops out.
