Sorry that's the nature of the beast, as the a/c clutch engages the idle air control valve (IAC) will adjust to make sure the engine does not stall by raising the RPM of the engine. If it's too much of a difference, it can be adjusted at the dealer with updating software to your cars computer. Good luck and keep me posted, a good tune up also will help since the ECM is just controlling the IAC to keep the engine from stalling and a good tune engine will perform better.

The compresor ac is no working

Can you tell if there is freon in the system. It is hard to diagnosis A/C problems over the internet because you need to know if there is pressure/freon in the system. if there is no freon the compressor will not turn on and that would mean you have a leak.

Compresor won't start

With hardly no information,I would say that the low pressure switch has shut down power to the a/c system, either you have a leak,or have blown the fuse to the a/c compresser.

Ac compresor clutch

this isn't easy and you will need special tools.  You will most likely need to have the compressor on a work bench.
