Question about 2003 Toyota Corolla
For about 2 months now i have had a humming sound coming from the front of my car. the faster i went the louder it got. i though it was coming from the left but recently i noticed when i turn ino a right curve the sound gets louder. it does not have anything to do with the engine because when i press the clutch in it doesnt make a difference. i went to 2 different mechanics they both said it was the wheel bearing, but the one said the left and the other said the right. how do i find out what side it is?
Rather than guess witch one it is( sounds to me to be a wheel bearing or hub bearing) just chg. out both, but if it gets louder when you make a right turn i would say its the left side sense when you make a right turn you are putting more forse and weight on that side.
