You probably have a bad washer pump. They are common problems, because most people don't realize in the winter time if there is too much water in the washer tank and not enough washer fluid with anti freeze the washer pump will swell up and bust with the water.

SOURCE: windshield washer does not pump fluid

The pump works off the same circuit as the wipers, so it would be same fuse. Most likely the pump is no bad.

SOURCE: 2000 dodge durango/rear window washer fluid

well, i don't know if it was much of a solution. I figured out there was only one resevoir for the front and rear washer fluid...located the hose going to the rear and disconnected it from the electric pump attaced to the resevoir. Once the hose was disconnected i activated the pump and the fluid shot out of the pump indicating it was working. So, i figured it must be some kinda blockage in the hose, i pushed air through the line in hopes that it might work to clear it out...well, don't know if that was the trick but when i reconnected the hose it worked!

SOURCE: I can hear the humming sounds of the washer pump but no fluid

The best recommendation i have is to find a mechanic in your place to see and check the problem in your car. Also to let that person scan all other problem that might as well affects the current problem you have. Atleast you can assure to your self that you are driving a safe and functional parts car.
Hope this help address your problem. If you need more assistance just contact me. Thanks

Washer fluid on 08 silverado does not pump out. Lines blocked? Washer pump gone?

My first guess would be the line is frozen. Can you unplug the line at the pump and see if fluid will come out of the pump ?

open your hood and get close to your washer fluid reservoir and make someone pull washer switch for you if you dont hear any reaction from you fluid pump locates around reservoir means you need to replace that little pump if you hear pump is working but dont spray check clugged spray nozzles or leak some where between reservoir to nozzles inspect lines and check washer system fuse!

1996 buick windshield washer will not turn on. Plenty of fluid, hoses ok, port (squirter) to windshield is not plugged. Pump is not trying to push any liquid. No blown fuses.Wipers work fine. Everything...

Have someone press or hold the washer switch and listen underhood for a small pump sound {Hum}. If you don't hear a small hum you probably need a new washer fluid pump, pretty common for this old of a car. Imagine for the last 15 years sitting in wet fluid, sometimes drying out, getting refilled, turned on and off, on and off that little pump had it's day and retired! Most auto parts stores sell inexpensive replacements. Easily come out and go back in in reverse order. Pumps are usually mounted underside of fluid tank, just follow any visible washer hose.

The resovir appear to be full however i am not ablew hen pulling the handle to get the washer fluid to come out i hear the motor working but noting comes out

Often the washer nozzles can get clogged. If you hear the washer pump running, you need to disconncect the small hose from the washer nozzle, and see if you get fluid pumped thru it when you hit your washer switch. If so, you need to unclog or replace the nozzle, and if no fluid is pumped out the hose, you need to remove and inspect the washer pump, as it might be dirty, or failed.

On my 06 equinox the rear window fluid is empty and I cant find how to refil it

The fluid for the rear washer just comes from the front fluid container. If it is not coming out through your rear squirter, try and hold the lever that makes it spray for about 10 seconds. If it is still not working, there may be either a blockage in the lines (if you live in a cold climate it could be frozen), or the line may be broken or disconnected, or the pump that supplies washer fluid to the rear window could be burned out, or the fuse could be blown.

If you activate the rear window washer, do you hear any pumps making any noises? If it is making noises, then the pump works, meaning either the line is frozen, broken, or disconnected.
If you do not hear pump noises, then it is either your fuse for the pump, the pump itself, or perhaps even the switch (which is less likely)

All of these solutions are only going to help if you make sure that the washer fluid container is full :)

Windshield wiper pump not pumping fluid out. Resivoir is full. Can hear pump working but no fluid comming out. Not frozen. Car is kept in garage. Is there a connection I can check?

Might be a blockage in the hose coming from the pump to the washer nozzles, or the nozzles themselves. Hose might be kinked as well. I'd try to trace and disconnect the hose at the pump, and at each connection to see if there is fluid running through them when the washer is activated. Certain types of washer fluid will evaporate and leave deposits that could potentially clog the system. Could get a little messy, but washer fluid is harmless unless you get it in your eyes. Maybe start with that, cause I can't see an '02 model vehicle having a bad washer pump. Then again anything's possible, but if you can hear the pump running, that's where I'd start. I hope this helps
