I have a 2004 Hyundai Sante Fe, the Blower motor will not go on. Tested the fan motor and it is getting power checked relays and fuse and they are as well. when the dash was opened it appeared that this was re-wired ? Why would someone do that ? and if so should I re-wire it to it;s original wiring ? Thanks

I believe that that is exactly where your problem is. Wire it always back to standard

Heater blower is not working on 2001 sante fe hyundai

Find the motor and smack it with something. If it starts then the motor brushes are worn down. This is common. You can replace it with a new one for about 100 at autozone. If it does not start, check the fuses and then check the voltages at the motor connection.

My blower just all the sudden stopped working,i repalced the blower motor and it still doesnt work the main fuse is fine is there a relay or anothe fuse ? 2004 sante fe

I found a the main ground wire opened from the blower motor and have temporarily tapped into and ran the same size gauge wire to known chase ground to quickly get running... (Florida-heat) Of course this is set to Hi position. I will need a schematic to complete trouble-shooting. Suspect open ground circuit back to motor switch?

AC blower stopped working; tried changing resistor, but no difference

check power at fan motor, if no power then check relay or fuse for fan motor in fuse box. if there is power to fans, then the problem is in the fan motors.

Ac doesnt work in 2002 hyundai santa fe the fan isnt blowing

have you checked the fuse, and relay if they are ok then remove the plug. with the fan turned on use a test light and see if you have power to any of the terminal end in the wire plug end . if you have power then the blower motor is bad

Blower fan won't shut off its or climate control fan keeps running 2003 hyundai santa fe

Probably a stuck fan control relay.
Find the relay and remove it - if this stops the fan. replace the relay with a new one.

Blower fan not working - Hyundai 2004 Santa Fe

Try a SHOCK test to the blower motor case. What I mean is SHOCK the case by hitting it with the palm of your hand (make sure you have the blower switch 'HIGH' and the IGN key also 'ON'.. if the blower starts working, you have an intermittent contact in the motor itself. If this doesn't work, get a test light and connect it to the connector that plugs into to the blower motor - if the test light illuminates, then the problem is obviously in the motor. If it doesn't, then you have a wiring/switch/power supply problem.
