Question about 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 Club Cab
Since your truck does not use a rack and pinion steering gear it is most likley your problem is low pressure from the power steering pump, u can have this pressure tested by a shop or u can just replace the pump and hope that cures the problem, u didn't supply very much info on this, so this is and eduacted guess.
