My car wont start!!!...help please!!! i turn the key over to start it and the fuel pump/auto shutoff relay/fuel pump relay all start to click rapidly, and the starter wont engage. after about 30 mins of screwing with it....it finally turns over and the fuel pump seems to go off after the system is pressurized. then it starts but you have to rev up the gas in order for it to stay running. after about ten minutes of that.....i can let off the gas pedal and it usually stays running. seems to run ok after ALL of this for a few days

I would replace the relays first, then check fuel pressure. Also change the fuel filter. You can use a multi-tester on the ohm setting where the relay is to see if the voltage remains the same

Check your battery connections, and your grounds for loose connections. This will cause the system to go haywire.

Fuel Pump Relay, Where is the gd thing? Looked everywhere!!!

If you can hear the fuel pump then most likely the ASD relay and fuel pump circuit is working properly. If all it does is back fire w starting fluid something else is going on. Get a inexpensive code reader. Or turn the key 3 times quickly from off to accessory finishing on accessory and look at the odometer it should give you a code. Sounds like a timing issue or CKP, CMP coalition issue.

Fuel pump not always on

Did you reset the inertia switch that shuts pump down in case of collision?

I have a 2006 ford f350 and the fuel pump isnt working is there a shutoff switch

Yes. The switch is usually located around the passengers kickpanel. There should be an access hole to press the button on the switch. Sometimes the part is just above the carpet and sometimes you have to remove the kickpanel. If you are unable to find this switch on the passengers side, then look on the drivers side kickpanel.

Under the hood is a Powerbox. The shutoff switch (inertia switch) gets its power from the Fuel pump Relay after the Ignition is turned on. If resetting the shutoff switch does not help, your fuel pump Relay may be bad. On some Ford models, the horn Relay is the same Relay used for the fuel pump. This would allow you to swap and test before buying a new Relay.

1995 CRYSLER LHS,WONT START AT ALL,TRIED CHANGING SENSORS,FEUL PUMP,COIL PACKS AND COMPUTER BOXES,JUST WONT START?ANY IDEA?

If it is cranking with out turning over I would check the fuel pump and ignition relay, crank and cam sensors.
Basically you need to figure out if you have a spark issue or a fuel issue. (as long as you didn't have a serious overheating problem). One way to help you figure this out is by spraying in some starting fluid while cranking the engine. If it starts you have a fuel problem, if nothing then you have a spark problem (assuming you didn't blow the head gasket from overheating and was running normally before this happened).
Based on what you've already done here are my recommendations:
No spark: check ignition relay
No fuel: check fuel pump relay (aka shutoff relay, aka fuel pump shutoff relay), crank and cam position sensors, fuel filter.
There is also one other possibility, that the timing belt snapped. You would need to remove the timing cover to check this.

I have a 1992 Lincoln Mark vii lsc. Fuel pump problem!

This sounds like the PCM has taken a turn for the worst. The pcm relay sends power to the fuel relay for 2 seconds to prime the fuel system just before start up.
Then the pcm ungrouds the signal for a prove out.

Please refer to this solution: http://www.fixya.com/cars/t1016149-1989_jeep_cherokee

It's probably the A/C relay under the hood indeed. And your battery might have gone bad too.
