Question about Hyundai Sonata
My Hyundai Sonata 2003 will start but then dies within seconds. This occurs even when I pump the gas.

For anyone having a similar issue, the first place to start is to connect a code reader to the engine diagnostics system. Any stored trouble codes might give you a good place to start in finding the solution. Most auto parts stores will do this for free, however if you can't drive it there, you may have to purchase one. With a code you might be led right to the problem. Without it, it is essentially a guessing game. It could be as easy as a loose connection or something as strange as an anti-theft issue.
