Car turns over but wont start

to reset anti theft system: turn key to on engine off. leave on for 15 to 20 minutes, then turn key off, leave off for 15 to 20 seconds, then try and start vehicle. this should reset system.

It may take 3-4 times cranking for a few seconds,
with a 5 second pause
between to get fuel up to the engine. Also may have sucked up
some
dirt/debris into the fuel pump after running it dry. May want to change fuel
filter.
you can try to have someone bang on the bottom of the tank
while someone else
cranks engine. Sometimes this will free up a stuck
fuel pump. good-day!!
