Question about 1994 Chrysler Concorde
After driving the car I get a smell of hot radiator fluid coming from the outside passenger side of car. Engine temp is ok. No smell or leaks on inside of car. Tried tracing the radiator overflow hoses leading to the back of the engine but they get lost behind the engine. Have had to refill overflow tank on ocassion. However, don't see any leaks coming from radiator.
Also, AC blows hot air. Can this be related to the hot smell coming from front of car.
It sound like there may be a small leak in the cooling system. You can check this by pressurizing the cooling system. You can buy a pressure checker for about 100 dollars. It will usually show up leaks that are small because you can pressurize the system cold and it won't evaporate.
