On almost all serpentine belt systems there is a tensioner pulley that most usually has a 3/8 drive square hole to use a ratchet or breaker bar. Insert, pull and belt comes off..

Serpentinebelt

You either have a loose component, i.e., alternator or water pump pulley...or, the incorrect size of belt (some auto part stores sell beltsCLOSE to the proper size.....the other thing is...a bent engine component.

Where are you buying your belts from and are you routing the belt properly?

Loosen the 14mm nut on the A/C idler pulley and the loosen adjusting bolt. Remove A/C belt. Then loosen all bolts on the alternator and back off the adjusting screw. Remove belt. Reverse procedure.
