I have lost my Immobiliser, which is separate to my key. How can I bypass the immobiliser system to get the key to start the engine?
SOURCE: I have a 1997 Toyota Prado (5VZ-FE) and I have
well on some chevys with the vats system the key had a resister in it ...there were 12 diffrent resistences per model year ..i once ..on a 93 vette..figured the resisence needed and took a trip to radio shack and got the resisters needed and connected them together to aceve the needed resistane than located the two refrence wires going to the ecu and connected the wires ..via the resister i made and was able to run the car..if the toy uses a resistance type connection do some home work build the resistor and connect it than have a lock smith make a key that will turn the tumblers ...locksmith will run about 85-115 bucks
