License plate lamp replacement

bought the car and do not have a manual and was trying to replace the license plate lamp.. there seems to be no harness for the bulb so was wondering if this was normal because all that was there was the wiring and the plug in connection... basically just need to know if there is an actual harness for that bulb that I need to get
