Sounds like you need new engine mounts

Your car is misfiring. You should not drive the vehicle while it is misfiring. If you want to DIY it you can start with you ignition system. Make sure all spark plugs, plug wires, and ignition coils are secure and in good condition.

Try this, turn key to run position (not start), depress accelerator 3 times within 5 seconds, turn key off.

makes no sense other than maybe the anti lock system is messing up

could be a number of things. check the motor mounts first. also the exhaust pipe may be hitting under your seat. a bad coil can make your engine shake. my bet is that it has something to do with the exhaust though. it could be a minor fix or an major one, depending on the exact cause.

Check the driveshafts/ Universal joints in the driveline.

have your spark plugs, coil pack boots checked for moisture,on many ford water will accumulate around plugs,expeually if it has rained recently.
