Blazer is getting fuel but wont start

my 95 chevy blazer is getting fuel but wont start.pump is new ,filter is new. its got fuel at the rail but dosent spray out with alot of pressure. what could be the problem

- i was just driving down the road and out of no were it stopped running like their was go fuel in it. it didnt spit and sputter ,just shut off. its got fuel at the rail but it dosent spray out it barely comes out.has spark,and the pump filter and injectors are new.Popular Solutions for 1999 Chevrolet Blazer
