Ac not blowing cold/low pressure too high and high pressure about the same as low pressure side/ compressor engages but no cold air

Pressure has built up in the system possibly from a clogged orifice tube/expansion valve. Replace the orifice tube/expansion valve, thenPull a vacuum on the system and recharge.

Not blowing cold air

Air vents may be blocked or your system needs to be recharged with refrigerant.

A/c compressor was replaced and recharged. blows cold for a few days, and rear ac not atall. Compressor now cycles on and off and does not get cold at all. has been cleaned and recharged twice now. ...

Yes. A thermal expansion valve (often abbreviated as TXV or TX valve) is a component in refrigeration and air conditioning systems that controls the amount of refrigerant flow into the evaporator. If it is malfunctioning it will limit the amount of freon available to cool the vehicle.

However, the shop should have found this issue initially, so I would only pay for the part; not labor. Call your local dealer (Chevy Tahoe/Suburban is the same) and ask what the cost is. Price sounds high. They are avl. for under $100 online.

A/C won't blow cold

check the compressor clutch, if it still won't blow cold, the system may have bled off its refrigerant charge, you may have to have it recharged at a shop.
