Question about 2001 Volkswagen Beetle
There are several causes for your symptoms. With nothing working
outside could mean that your breaker is thrown or a fuse is blown.
Another thing may be your contactor. You also need to check the thermostat.
If you find the capacitor, fuse, contractor and/or the thermostat are okay, I would suggest you get a serviceman to look at it
