Question about 2006 Volkswagen Jetta
It's a traction control for driving in snowy climates you can turn it off and able to spin the wheels more freely but i suggest leaving it on,as for the radio i'd check the antenna if screwed in tight or missing if tight take it to the dealership if still under warrenty from the factory
