This noise could be coming from wear indicator on the brake pads. If so, it's time to have the brake pad's changed

What causes a squeaky sound from the engine of an 2000 Isuzu rodeo when engine is running?

it could be one of the belts. if you put a little wax or brake fluid on the belt in a couple of places and the squeak goes away then you either have a loose belt/s or the belts/s need replacing. if no change it could be the timing belt making the noise.

2002 Yukon XL; very squeaky brakes - even when not braking

The first squeak you heard was a scraper built in specifically to tell you your brakes are getting smaller. You're probably hearing metal on metal now from the brake material being completely gone. You need to replace the brakes now because you are risking damaging your rotors, which the brakes grab, and that will cost a whole lot more to fix. If you respond to this I will ask you what your brakes look like and might be able to tell you how to replace them yourself. That would save you a lot of money.

My Jeep`s front brakes locked. And also in a sharp turn there is a squeaky sound in back of a car. what could be the problem?

is it a constant squeak or intermittent. Pay attention to whats happening to the vehicle when the noise is being made. Brakes need replaced, or squeaky suspension?

Sueaky front wheel

It could be a number of things. First check your brakes for any rocks or excessive dirt. Second, check to make sure you are not in need of new brake pads. Brake pads are equipped with a tab that starts making noise when its time to replace your brakes. Third, have the bearing checked. Once the bearing get excessively worn they will start making a squeaky sound. Also have the shocks checked. the bushing worn out in shocks can also cause the noise. The best bet is to have your local mechanic inspect your front end for any wear. Once he does this, he can compile a list of parts that need replaced. Then you can replace or fix it yourself.

Brakes make squeaky noises along with other noises

There are a numer of reasons brakes will squeak or squeal. Sometimes excessive dust acculation wll cause it, yet another cause is the TYPE of material the brake shoes are made of. The harder the brake shoe material , the more tendency to squeak / squeal. My suggestion is use high quality brakes such as OE brakes. Hope this helps.

Squeaky Brakes

there is two things that can cause brakes to squeak: brake dust and not having some brake antisqueak on the back of the pads.
you may have to take off the calipers and put some brake antisqueak on the back of the pads and you can get this at any auto store and see if that helps with the squeaking

Squeaky brake when cold

If your rear brakes are making the noise take off the rear drums and spray some brake clean in there on both shoes and the drum let all parts dry which wont take anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute or two depending on the brake clean also if you want you can have someone take a piece of emry cloth to your front rotors and scuff them up a bit with about 80 to 100 grit emry and spray them and the pads off with brake clean let it dry to you can emry the pads to this will get most if not all the glaze on pads and rotors.

Squeaking inside car

You look for a sharp and experience mechanic to pin-point this squeaky problem, this could come from many different parts of your car.

Otherwise,to resolve this you have to disassemble all your passenger side suspension system and check on all bushings, coil spring bushings, shock absorber, check on your brakes too.
wheel bearings stabilizer bushings.

Good luck

Squeaky sound front left tire and 4Wheel Drive will not turn on

the squeak could be brakes or wheel hub/bearing. most likely it is the bearing and hub assembly, i would not drive it , take it to you local service station and have then replace or repair the hub assy.
