My turn signals don't work something is loose in my steering column...I was turning left when I jerk the turning lever a sharp right then the signal lights stop working. It feels like something is broken...

This would be a faulty signal stat..You will have to remove steering wheel in order to replace it....I have no idea what type vehicle you have but that is how it is done ...Signals are designed to cut themselves off ..Inspect all areas and components while steering wheel is removed for any other damage...When you make a left turn after turning signal light on the light will turn itself off as you straighten up the vehicle after you turn...Thanks..

Ac quit working right after speedometer quit working around 60 mph. the rpms after i got off the interstate started to jump and my steering wheel seemed hard to turn

Hello, The reason why it was hard to steer was the engine wasn't running. The rpm, seedo, air condition, power steering does work if the engine has died. First check to see the belts are on the pulley and rolls in the engine carpment. If they are on and not broken then you other problem.

Will you car start, if doesn't. You could have run out of fuel?. Power steer pressure valve is faulty, broke a timing belt, run out of oil and the engine quit working. Engine got hot and stopped.

If it not starting, call a wrecker have them take to a garage of your choice. GB...stewbison

2002 chevy truck.Code B0026

Hello and welcome. code B0026 is for a airbag malfunction. this code will require a high end scan tool, like a GM tech 2 scan tool to check out.this code is related to a deployment loop problem on the drivers side of vehicle

• DTC B0026 will set when one of the following conditions occurs:
- The SDM detects the steering wheel module deployment loop resistance is greater than 4.8 ? for 500 milliseconds. - The SDM detects the voltage at steering wheel module high signal is less than 2.4 volts and steering wheel module deployment loop resistance is 6 ? or greater for 500 milliseconds. The inflatable restraint steering wheel module deployment loop consists of a steering wheel module, steering wheel module coil, steering wheel module high signal circuit, and steering wheel module low signal circuit. Shorting bars are used on the steering wheel module connector as well as the steering wheel module coil connector which will short together the steering wheel module high and steering wheel module low signal circuits when the connector is disconnected. This will help to prevent unwanted deployment of the inflator module during servicing. When the ignition is turned ON, the inflatable restraint sensing and diagnostic module (SDM) performs continuous diagnostic tests on the deployment loops to check for proper circuit continuity and for shorts to ground or voltage. If a malfunction is detected, a DTC will be stored.

Turn signal hazard switch lights

WARNING THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS JOB IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME WORKING ON CAR. BECAUSE YOU ARE REMOVING AND HANDLING A AIR BAG. YOU HAVE TO DISARM AIR BAGS YOUR STEERING WHEEL HAS A AIR BAG IN IT. YOU HAVE TO TURN OFF RADIO TO KEEP FROM LOSING RADIO PLAYING CODE THEN YOU DISCONNECT NEGATIVE BATTERY FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES TO DISCHARGE AIR BAGS. TURN SIGNAL SWITCH AND HAZARD SWITCH IS IN THE STEERING COLUMN.YOU NEED A HAYNES REPAIR MANUAL.WITH PHOTOS AND INSTRUCTION SHOWING HOW TO REMOVE STEERING WHEEL.YOU NEED SPECIAL TOOLS LIKE STEERING WHEEL PULLER AND SNAP RING PLIERS.

Turn sinals won't work, turn on hazzards they worked but buttom /hazzard went into dash board

replace the turn signal switch fuse.if they dont work after replacing fuse.check to see if switch getting power if yes replace turn signal switch.if not you have a electrical problem.you have to remove the center cluster.like the radio.to reach the hazzard switch.besure to turn off radio. disconnect negative battery cable.wait 20 minutes let air bags discharge.when working on instrument cluster or steering wheel area.air bags has to be disable.

Steering wheel controls dead.

You will need to replace the rotating contact under the steering wheel, it is called the clock-spring contact for short. have a dealer do this as it requires the airbag be disarmed and removed, this must be done by the book or serious injury can result if it goes off.

Blinkers wont click off automatically?!

Probably not a switch problem.
Most turn signals are reset via a mechanism actuated by a finger attached to the hub of the steering wheel and acting on a switch actuator that is set when you choose left or right blinker.
The entire assembly is probably plastic and some are quite fragile.
Unfortunately, removing the steering wheel to replace or shim anything requires the removal of the hub-mounted air bag and this is something better left to a Honda service tech instead of risking the $6-700 air bag and a black eye or two.

On a vehicle with working turn signals but the motor & radio off, try setting the signal with the wheel centered, then turning it in the direction signaled.
You will hear one or more clicks when the resetting mechanism is engaged.
You will not hear that on your car.
