Yes it is all drive by wire. You can tell when it goes bad when your truck just idles and you get no response from your peddle.

Why vaibration on gas paddle rpm 2000-2500

IF it is no doing this when it is moving then it could be the motor mounts, the harmonic balancer or the torque converter. The gas pedal is not connected by cables any longer, they are electronic so the vibration is present everywhere. You just feel it because it is close to the source which leads me to believe that it is the back of the engine.

Sometime it will not start untill i use a little very little starting fleuid. this morning the gas pedel didn't respond for 5 minets then started working fine

If this is a gas unit, try changing the TPS, the throttle position sensor. This should be located on the metal Airhorn behind all the plastic Air Filter ductwork. Also disconnect the throttle pedal and work the end by the Airhorn with your hand.

Check for binding in the cable. You should feel smooth response. If not, you need to replace the cable too.

check where the cable attaches to the throttle body there is a plastic clip that goes to a ball on the throttle more than likely it is broke there.

F250 7.3 L Diesel. Have no use of gas pedal.

Check the throttle linkage make sure nothing is broke also check your throttle body and make sure nothing is stuck. If those check out then check out the pedal itself and make sure that the shaft is pulling the throttle cable the way it is supposed to and no throttle wires are stretched
