This code is cylinder #3 misfire. Check ignition lead for any damage to the spark plug boot or insulations on the lead. The best bet just to replace the set of leads. Do not buy a cheap set. Buy a premium quality set.

2003 chrystler town and country heater fan stopped working

yes there is a fuse and it should be behind a panel in the lower dash near the drivers area..the fan is located under the hood way back up behind the engine on the passengers side and kind of hard to reach..good luck

I have a crysler town &country lx 2003 the car would not start and gives the error codes: 0134+0135+1684+0300+0442+0455+0456 what is the cause of that .pls help .thanks

Code 134 and 135 are about the O2 sensor bank one sensor one.
Code 1684 is battery disconnect or loss of power to the PCM.
Code 300 is a random miss fire.
Codes 442 - 455 - and 456 are about a leaking EVAP system which vents fumes from the gas tank.
Its possible the PCM does not have voltage which would keep the car from starting.
Otherwise, you will have to figure out if the no-start is from an ignition or fuel problem to proceed.

mr simpleton your problem came after or was there before the brakes were either case it has nothing to do with pads and rotors , have it scanned and i am sure one of your sensors on the wheels have set a code. or simply check your brake fluid level
