Not too difficult of a job. Pull the tire, then the lower ball joint and tie rod end. Unbolt the axle nut and seperate the axle from the hub. The bearing and hub are changed together. Unbolt the hub from the spindle and install the new one. Then throw it back together the same way it was taken apart.

the bearings are pressed in, so you will have to take the hub assembly off to do it, then the car will have to be aligned

Front springs make noise when turning 2003 chevy cavalier

one or more springs in the front may be broken (probably just one if you just noticed it).

Springs can break in two if you look closely.

Also, bearing cap might be bad.

This assumes the struts are good.

I need to replace my front wheel bearings and I was looking for a step by step instructions along with pictures show the parts?

You can't just replace the bearings. You've got to replace the entire wheel hub (thank you genius engineers at Chevy). My driver side front wheel was rubbing the frame and the hub cost around $350 plus $150 labor.

You must replace wheel bearings in pairs to avoid loading the old bearing and, in time ruining your new bearing hub it is possible that you have already damaged the new hub
