ABS alarming after I replaced rear brakes shims, bled brakes etc.
Our lft rear caliper wore through the brake pad and into the rotor. I replaced the rotor, caliper, pads, and bled the brakes. The ABS light is still on with a constant alarm, along with the S TRAC light. Any suggestions?

Try rebleeding the brakes. any air whatsoever will set off the abs light sometimes it takes a few times to get it all out even though they feel good. also make sure the fluid is full that will also set off the light.

Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions in the beginning of this section.
Remove or disconnect the following:
Clip, 2 caliper pins, the anti-rattle spring then remove the 2 brake pads and the 4 anti-squeal shims
CAUTION Only replace brake pads on 1 side of the vehicle at a time. Failure to use this procedure could cause the caliper pistons on the opposite side of the vehicle to pop out requiring the reconditioning or replacement of the brake caliper.
Remove a small amount of brake fluid from the master cylinder.
Install a used brake pad into the caliper and compress the caliper pistons.
Apply disc brake grease to both sides of the inner anti-squeal shims.
Install or connect the following:
Anti-squeal shims to the new brake pads NOTE: When replacing worn pads, the anti-squeal shims must be replaced together with the pads.

Anti-rattle spring and the 2 caliper pins
Depress the brake pedal several times to seat the brake pads.
Check the brake fluid level and top off as needed.
You may have a leak in the booster or master cylinder. You can put a pressure tester on the system to test for leaks. It does sound like you have an air leak. You can try to bleed the master cylinder, then slave cylinder, then brake lines.
bleed the brake again. if the pedal goes to the floor with little resistance, then the master cylinder is your problem.
the shim is to depress the noise when you applied the brake. you can skip that, if the brake works without it.
your inside pad wore out first do to a bad caliper or frozen slide or brake hose.remove brake hose off the caliper and see if you can turn the wheel.if you can replace hose and bleed caliper.if wheel still doesn't move buy a loaded caliper,this will come also with new slides!and then bleed
