I would have the car towed/ flatbedded to a mechanic that you trust or one who has been recommended by a close friend or relative. It takes me about 4 hours to do on a Honda Accord or my other car, a Toyota Sienna.
It is pretty straight forward if you have the tools, plenty of rags & 6 quarts of oil. ( either 5w30 or 10w30 will work on most cars. ) You should get the replacement gaskets at a dealerships Parts Department.

SOURCE: 1993 TOYOTA TERCEL 1500cc Valve Seals Replaced now smokes much worse

You either have had the wrong valve seals installed, they are physically missing, or the valves are incorrect (too loose in the guides/stem too thin). The rocker arm seals will not contribute to your issue. If it did not have the oil smoke before you took the head off, the issue is with whatever the machine shop did. Valve seals have to fit TIGHT, or oil will go down the valve stem into the intake.
Take the head back to the machine shop & tell them to fix it. For free.

Nissan sentra 93 head gasket ga16de

If doing the valve seals the head would most certainly need to come off and upon replacement a new gasket would always need to be used but whilst the head is off the engine check the bores turn the engine by hand untill the pistons go up and down to see what wear is on the bores unless whilst the head is off you go the whole hog and do the piston rings at the same time and the oil rings

My nissan sentra 1997 model was overhauled due to it was flooded.. after the overhauling it runs smooth but there is a white smoke every time i drive it fast.. what is the probem with it. tnx

Can you have someone raise the RPM's on the car to the area where it smokes and then smell the exhaust? If it smells slightly sweet, then you may have a blown head gasket.

Also look at your oil and coolant. If the oil looks milky or like coffee with creamer in it, that is no good and can indicate a blown head gasket or even a cracked head or block. Also make sure the antifreeze has no oil in it.
