my hyundai starts ok first time but throughout the day as the engine gets hotter its starts to play up! it is ok first time and say i have driven 4 a bit i go 2 start it and it wont start! i then leave it say 20 mins and it starts! more recently it has stalled whilst i am at junctions! i have changed the crank shaft sensor but still doin it! but clock is now workin! he he! can anybody help?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it sounds like an ignition component ( ignition module, coil, etc.) is heating up causing it to fail intermitently, look on ebay for ignition module it is located under the distributor cap.

I have a Hyundai Pony engine in a small tractor. Recently someone releived me of the voltage regulator. all that is left is the connector going to the feild coil with about ten inches of wire on each lead. One lead has a yellow tracer is that supposed to be hot or ground?

My 2000 accent stalled out and would not start so i used starting fluid and it started and stayed running. Then would just die every once in a while so i replaced the fuel pump and filter and it is still having the prolbem. ??????
