When vehicle is first moved after about 4 hours of sitting the right rear brake grabs.after making a couple of stops the brakes seem to work normal, during wet weather the right rear brake always first grab before stopping
SOURCE: Brake pedal vibrates while braking and doesent stop right away
There's speed sensors at each wheel. You may have got some contamination in front of one of them... sounds like the abs is trying to compensate for un equal speed at each wheel... and something may be blocking a proper read at one of the wheels...
SOURCE: brake pedal won't depress like it's frozen and brakes won't grab
Sounds like the pistons bound up in the calipers. Remove the calipers and attempt to seat the pistons in the calipers with a screw clamp. If no go, that's the problem. They can be replaced, but most folks just get a whole new caliper these days.
SOURCE: Brakes pulsate real hard
That is just the ABS system at work. It is supposed to prevent your wheels from locking which often makes the brake pulsate, especially in wet weather or or snow or ice. The only way to really stop this is to disable to ABS by unplugging it and removing the fuse. This will make the ABS light appear in your dash, but your brakes will stop pulsating.

Inspect the rear brakes for contamination from a possible leaking axle seal.

If you have ABS brakes then one or more of the sensors may need replacing on the rotors. Also check the fluid level.
