Question about 2003 Ford Taurus
You might need to get the mass airflow sensor replaced i had the same problem and it got worse it would shut off on the interstate and not wanna crank back up

I am having the same problem. I found out that the hose going from the pcv valve to the air intake was bad wher the rubber piece fits on the air intake system and the rubber grommet was wore out also around the pcv valve. I hope this helps...

Sounds like you have an engine missfire in one or more cylinders have the system tested to see which one is missfirnig.
