04 Nissan Quest Shaking while driving

I have a 04 Nissan quest, my wife recently hit a curb right after having the tires rotated and balanced, it started to shake after that going anywhere from 40-90 mph, i took it in had the tires re-balanced, it slowed down the problem, its not as bad now, however its still there. there is a shake in the van, if you let go of the steering wheel you can see it move back and forth quickly, (not a bad bad shake or anything) just enough you know its there when it shouldn't have been. Could this have knocked the alignment out of whack and it would cause it to shake? does alignment do that, i just figured alignment is what made the car steer to the left or right when you let go of the car. Any help would be nice. thanks.

Okay when i took it back up there to get re-balanced, they did say it was way off balance from the curb hit and now it was in balance... So when they have it on the machine and its balanced, when its put on the car it should be fine right? from my assumption? does that make sense? so if the rim is bent, it wouldn't balance right correct? if i'm wrong thats fine, but thats just what makes sense to me. I haven't tried the spare yet, but i may, i will probably try to do an alignment first. My other thought is maybe the hit was so hard it bent a CV axle just a bit so when its rotating at high speeds a shake occurs?.. okay thanks again.

Put on the spare tire and see if that helps. If it does, go to the tire store and use your hazard coverage for them to check your rim for being bent or your tire from having a bruised belt. The rim is your responsibility, the tire is the tire stores. An 04 should have spare rims in Salvage yards. You can go online for those if need be.

If you jack up the wheel and turn the tire, hold a screwdriver from the fender to each track in the tire. If the rim is bent it will waver. The momentary change in tread will show up against the screwdriver because it is at a fixed point.

I have a 93 Nissan quest minivan if the front end sounds like it is hitting something when i turn right would i only have to change the passenger side cv axle?

Could be axle, wheel bearing or both. I would recommend to change them both. Every time the shaking occurs, it damages both. Good luck.

Noise both tires, car sounds like a rocking chair

Could be you have flat spots on the tires, especially if you have had to slam on the brakes recently. Hard for me to diagnose from your description. Take the car to a trusted shop that sells tires and have them balance and rotate the tires. Make sure they inspect the tires for flat spots or any other damage. Also inspect for a bent wheel. You can also have a tire with a steel belt broken which can be very dangerous as it can blow at any time. You really need to have this looked into by an expert in the field. It can be minor or it can be a serious problem.

Front end is shaking starting from the drivers side

front end shake could be anything from a knot on a tire to a bad ball joint. i would start with checking to see if i had a tire out of round, and by having the tires balanced.
if this doesnt help, send me a comment, and ill give you further advice. hope it helps.
