Remove the wheel, remove the cap, remove the pin pry out the bearing, make sure you repacek the new bearing with wheel bearing grease.

Jack it up and try moving the wheel in and out at the top and bottom, and again left to right. If there's movement, you should be able to isolate it to a ball joint, A-arm bushing, or a wheel bearing (though the entire front suspension should have been checked while changing out the rack).

How do i hold the motor still to take off the bottom crank shaft pulley on a 2001 kia rio

You need a air impact gun like tire shops use..
You can also remove the starter motor and jam the flywheel teeth with flat ended large bar.

I have a 2001 kia rio, we have replaced front wheel bearing a combined total of 12 times and it only has 81000 miles on it. one are the other goes out about every 10000 miles.can we replace the older axle...

well not sure what you mean by one piece assm. becuase all front wheel drive cars require one shaft and two c/v joints on either end.

but i think i have a hunch of the problem and them most common cause for failure after a replacement is over tighting of the axle nut. what happens is it crush's the bearing and cut's it's life.

2001 Kia Rio clutch given out?

your clutch wheel is completely burnt out do not try to drive your car anymore if you do you will damage the fly wheel. if you have the experience you can order a clutch kit that comes with clutch wheel pressure plate and throwout bearing and install it yourself. if not then it is a very difficult job and you will need to have it worked on in an auto shop. for info and repairs for your car go to autozone.com sign up its free then click on repair manuals you will find all of your info there....good luck
