I bought a new engine wiring harness.Adelphia brand.its the same part number as the orignal. There is a difference in the wiring betwwen the two harnesses. The Original has two wires coming from the starter solenoid that route into the harness at the drivers side front. The new harness hasn't got the same routing. Those two wires{a large purple and brown and black)are inside the harness and run thru the harness and appear to go into the large jack at the ecu.How can i make those two wires from the starter solenoid integrate into the wiring harness?

WOW?
yes, the new ECU;PCM uses a real electronic 3 wire
hall sensor for speed, (or uses ABS if opted)
swaps are complex. we need
what you had before the swap (drive line)
and what was removed from the 2003... every part.

I have 2010 Ford Taurus SHO seats. I believe they are 8 or 10 way memory seats. Trying to retrofit for a street rod. Have a few wiring diagrams but not enough. Can't get power to any motors yet. Numb

Problem Solved !!! I traced every wire, Bought manuals, Ended up buying a passenger seat wiring harness and removed driver memory control module plus harness. Installed new passenger harness and it works great ! You need VIN# when ordering part, Order number is slightly different then number on wire harness but when it came in numbers matched. Fuel Pump replacement wiring harness

The splice would be outside of the tank. If you spend a little more money at the dealer you won't have to splice it.

Wiring diagram o2 sensor

You should have received an instruction sheet in the box with the sensor. That sheet has the color combos for the wiring for each make and model. I would contact the store and see if they have one in another box.
Each brand of sensor is different.

Honda passport fuel harness

If it is the correct fuel pump - where it unplugged, it should just plug in where the old one did.

I need to change the head unit in my 1990 Buick Century, but the wire harness the mechanics gave me doesn't fit?

The connectors for all GM oem radios for this car/year are the same. The place that sold you the new radio should be able to provide a patch cable with a connector at one end that fits the aftermarket radio, and one or more connectors at the other end that fit into the connectors in your car. If you can't get that patch cable from them, try sonicelectronix.com. These cables are usually unique to the brand of your aftermarket radio. Although it's a bit late, It's a good idea to check that these patch cables are available from the seller before buying the radio.
If you can't find a patch cable and the cable that came with the new radio has no connector(s) on one end, you will need to splice those wires to the correct wires going to the old radio connector, and for that you will need the wiring diagram for both your car and the new radio. You should be able to get the wiring schematics for your car from Alldatadiy.com, and your new radio should have come with a connector pinout description.

Got a new battery installed at Walmart in my 1998 320 CLK Mercedes Benz. Now radio says "CODE" and I need to know the reset number to enter in also how to do it. Bought the car brand new and...

the dealer should give you a code to punch in. its usually pretty east to do.you may have got the vin wrong which will result in the wrong code. you will probably also require to resync your keys. thats in the manual near the back.
if you are fortunate enough to have your original manuals sometimes the dealer or orignal owners put the code sticker in the radio or mcs manual. take a look if you have.

There is a trailer wiring jack at the back bumper of my 2006 Mazda Tribute but there is no power to any of the pins. How do I fix this so that my trailer lighting works?

The 2006 Mazda Tribute w/o factory tow package can't accept a trailer wiring harness. If you install one you will probably burn out the central computer as I did. I had a top notch trailer hitch instaler try three different brand harnesses. I feel Mazda should reimburse me the cost of this car new, as I bought it to tow and was told that it could tow 3500 lbs. False representation!

Wiring harness burnt up need a new one

Go to a salvage yard and get a new harness, And you need a book on it to help you run it down. It will take some time but you can do it.
