Question about 1999 Ford Taurus
Check the fuse box under the hood and look for the a/c heater blower fuse, check to see if it's gone bad and needs to be replaced. The other thing to is check if the blower fan works on high setting only, if it does, then the blower motor resistor has gone bad and needs to be replaced. Once you have gone through all the electrical fuse and relay, then good chance that the blower motor needs to be replaced. If you go to Auto Zone they will have the blower motor and resistor if you want to replace that too and they will have the step by step instructions for you to get the job done with common tools.
