Check the fuse box under the hood and look for the a/c heater blower fuse, check to see if it's gone bad and needs to be replaced. The other thing to is check if the blower fan works on high setting only, if it does, then the blower motor resistor has gone bad and needs to be replaced. Once you have gone through all the electrical fuse and relay, then good chance that the blower motor needs to be replaced. If you go to Auto Zone they will have the blower motor and resistor if you want to replace that too and they will have the step by step instructions for you to get the job done with common tools. Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to answer more questions you may have.

1998 ford taurus no heat, replaced thermostat, heater core and the blend door motor seems to be working, flushed radiator, and still no heat, any suggestions?

You might have to purge the coolent system cause when you change stuff like that you normally have to bleed the the colent system. So what you have to do is run the car untill your temp gets to 195 degrees the cut the car off and let the coolent drain down and then refill and geep doing that untill you have heat.

The heater puts out a tiny bit of warm air but not enough to warm the inside of the car.The only way to feel the heat is to put your hand over the vents I had the thermostat changed and the system...

is the blower motor working ? When you put the blower on high, it does not work right ? Check the blower motor resistor near the blower motor under the dash. it has a plug with a couple of wires. this is the most common cause when you turn on the blower and it does not work. If it is not the resistor it is the blower motor itself that has to be replaced.

Blower not working

probably a bad blower motor. check for rust corrosion inside from water dripping on it from air intake at base of windshield under screen.
