If you follow the positive cable (right at the post in most cases) there is a 50 amp fuse. You may have blown that fuse whicgh is common when changing the battery unless you remove it. Connecting the positive cable first when installing the battery helps prevent this. Also there are several other fuses that you may have blown which connect to the theft system going to the body control module which will prevent the vehicle from stating. If the fuse on the posive cable isn't blown (which I bet it is) in the fuse panel in the vehicle check fuse number 3, 4 , & 19 . See layout diagram below. Also in the fuse panel in the engine comapartment you can check fuse number J and 25 . See layout diagram below. I hope this helps and good luck.
