Question about 2005 Ford Expedition
We have the same problem - changed wiper motor still hear clicking sound. we unplugged big plug from wiper motor in back, stops battery from draining. the washers don't work this way but at least the car starts. we could use a few ideas on this also
My 2005 ford exp rear wiper moves but the wiper does not it look like something is missing to make it move back and forth can you help.

Remove the rear pivot arm.
Lift the pivot arm to the upright position.
Slide the locking tab out.
Pull up and remove the pivot arm.
Remove the rear wiper motor shaft nut cover.
Remove the rear wiper motor shaft nut.
Remove the rear wiper motor cover.
Remove the rear wiper motor bracket nut.
Remove the bolt and the rear wiper motor.

my 2004 expedition had same problem, if you take apart the shaft that goes thru the glass it will be full of dirt, clean ,lubricate and reinstall, you may have to replace the O-ring on the shaft. a 20 minute job, very easy fix

look at the check valve/one-way vacuum valve (located behind the rear left paneling). chances are that the valve is broken and leaking. remove the valve from the hose and replace it.
