Pull the seat toward steering wheel. Raise the head rest and insert the tool and take it off.

Pull the seat fabric down in front to expose the plastic piece that the headrest bar inserts through. You will see a small wire clip inserted through plastic. Remove it by prying with small flat head screwdriver. Repeat on other side. Headrest will then slide out.
