Are you refering to flashers not working and need to find the relay? If so its located in the fuse/relay box (under dash left of the steering column) most likely its the largest (black) relay in there. OEM part# 4686094 its easier to access by removing lower trim panel and or knee blocker.

Whats the price for a 2000 jeep grand cherokee taillight out

If you mean lens replacement, usually you can locate a good one in a scrapyard for anywhere from $15-$30. Replacement itself takes about fifteen minutes. If by repair you mean to make inoperable lights work, that can cost anywhere from $30-$300 depending upon the reason they are not working, shop diagnostic charges and area prevailing labor rate..

My signals and flasher quit working 2002, Jeep Grand Cherokee

in your vehicles owner manual, look up fuses, and flasher units or flasher relay. Fuses are normally located under the dash, but when both turn signals quit working it is usually the relay. The relay is located under the hood yours owners manual should show you the location.
