Question about 2004 Chrysler Crossfire
I've expericenced this a handful of times, i go to start my car and nothing, the lights and radio come on but no motor, not even a clicking or any sound from motor. It has even stoped working while i was actually driving. Most times it will start working again after a few hours. Its currently at the dealership and as of now they say they can't find anything wrong with it.
It turns out that the fuel pump relay is the problem and that this (per chrysler) is a common problem with the crossfire.

I am having the same problem, i found the the electrical connectors to the relays in the computer compartment are junk. i can put pressure on them and the car will start and run fine. if i move them at all the car will backfire or shut off. it will restart sometimes but i ussually have to move around the connections. i am currently trying to solve this problem. i wish i could cut and solder directly to the relays but they go to a circuit board which is complicated when messing with.

Could also be an intermittant sensor failure from the crankshaft sensor

My 2004 Crossfire just stopped running one day. A shop was near by and did a dianosis but nothing came up. When the wrecker arrived, it started. I later learned that it was the crankshaft sensor...it is located to the rear of the engine and you can replace it yourself. The dealer charged me over 400 dollars to buy and replace. I have since learned that on some some cars the camshaft sensor located on the front of the Crossfire will stop working also. In some cars, if one goes out, both have to be replaced.
