Question about 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe

1 Answer

Sensor issue I recently came upon a 91 buick park ave that hatd the wiring harnests and main fuse panels burned up, so I replaced all the wires and sensors. The car ran fine for about an hour or so, and then I replaced the electronic heater in the dash that caused the guy to burn the car up trying to find a sensor for it. Upon hooking up the new unit I ran the car about 15 minutes, turned it off, and it wouldn't start again. So I pulled the battery for 5mins and the car ran and kept stalling, porblem is hit or miss meaning sometimes it runs, other times when the engine warms up it stalls and I have to repeat the process until it will run again, the plugs are good, coils? dunno.. but seems to be firing fine no lack of power the problem is a sensor that resets when the battery is disconnected and when it shuts down the engine doesn't get fuel??? Need an answer!

1997 Buick Park Ave. no taillights, no turn signals, no instrument panel lights. Is there a fuse or possibly a break in the wiring. Where is the fuse for this part of the wiring located? thanks. ...

yes there is definately a fuse that will control all of these, doubting a wire connection is bad, theres just too much not working. your fuse will either be under the dash, or kick panels inside, and there will also be a fuse/relay panel under the hood

Fan motor quit working on a 91 buick park ave fuses are good

If the fan motor for the radiator quit and the fuses are ok, the fan motor is bad, or the fusible link going to the fan has blown (it looks like a wire coming from the starter and will stretch if bad).

Anti- theft relay

The fuse or switch would be up under the dash panel on drivers side. Or follow your horn wiring and it will lead you to security system main control box.

91 buick park ave.

Well, that can be a ton of things. Usually it means: A. its not getting enough air, or any air. B. Its not getting enough gas. It could be a problem with the Mass flow Sensor- which can be cleaned or replaced-, or maybe a bad fuel pump or bad fuel lines or something. Either way the problem sounds like it just can't run because it can't get enough gas.

Relay center location

Finally located the AC primary small relay in the relay center under the right dashboard site. The relay had burned winding and only the resistor connected parallel to the coil was showing some resistance otherwise it wasn't engaging when I applied power to it. The Buick is actually 1990.
