Problem for Chevrolet 2001 Tahoe

I attempted to change a left signal fuse/ car wont crank/

I attempted to change a fuse. Tried to crank the car and it will not crank now. Check stability, check brake system and check tires warning lights came on. When i turn on the lights, they are getting dim. Inside panel lights are getting dim. 2005 Chevy tahoe
