You need a new clutch again. Sorry to give ya the bad news. This time make sure they put a new transmission seal in so fluid can not leak onto the clutch plate and ruin it.
You haver a small leak in the seal in the slave cylinder, I believe they sell and aftermarket kit to put ther slave cylinder on the outside, a better system. I believe they changed the design in the early 90's
If the pilot bearing was the problem it would make noise with the clutch pushed and go away when you let it out. Have you checked the fluid level in the transmission?
ck the condition of the tranny fluid. If the fluid is very dark, it will need changing. Another problem with the jeep auto tranny is that if the fluid has not been changed in a long time, the clutch material will wear and clog the tranny filter inside the pan.If there is alot of clutch material in the pan and you change the fluid and filter, sometimes the tranny won't work because the clutches are worn out too much.
Sounds like the clutch , take it back and have them check out the pressure plate bolts and the throw out bearing. Also have them check the slave cylinder for leaks, or "fork" for proper alignment
Your clutch is not disengaging. If it a hydrolic clutch chk. the fluid in resavor, Or slave cyl. for the clutch is bad, Or it has got air in it and needs to be bleed. This is a clutch problem, nothing wrong with trans. If its a manual clutch linkage its an ajustment thing. My best guess if its hydrolic slave cyl. went bad, or resavor is out of fluid.
I would first bleed the tranny lines, if that doesnt work then your tranny is out and need to get it replaced. FYI with Jeep Wranglers, It is better to get a new transmission then to rebuild them
