Question about 1999 Acura TL
Replace your spark plugs and PCV. It's the cheapest possible solution. If that doesn't suffice Acura had a recal on EGR valves a few years back. I would suggest getting your EGR valve changed. It's not expensive and it's easy to get to. It doesn't take more than 10 minutes.

Seems like you may have a fowled plug in there, changing your spark plugs should cure the rough idle and may even turn off the engine light, as for the traction control there are sensors on each wheel hub with a wire possibly 2 going into them, take a quick look and make sure none of the wires have any breaks in them or broke completely, or the tsc module itself may need to be replaced,
the car is perfectly fine to drive as is, until you can get new plugs, rough idling is normal and may make it a little harder on fuel then normal,

You need to get to a repair shop and have them read the diagnostic codes (the computer port is in the center console under the change holder/lighter). With that amount of mileage, it is very likely the code will show that the oxygen sensors and/or catalytic converters need replacement. If that is the case you will also need a tuneup (plug, wires, etc). I had this done a year ago at 160,000 miles. It is a pricey repair but I get 29mpg at highway speeds and it runs nicely on regular (less power but no pinging).
