Problem for BMW 1999 323 Series

1999 323i air con is freezing then becomes hot and humid

i just had ac compreessor replaced, air blows cold at 30 40 mph, then when i stop at a light it blows hot and humid air, what gives?

sounds like there is not enough r134 coolant in the system and when your slowing down the compressor stops turning. Have someone add some coolant and you should be ok.
