Posible but don't rule out a stuck exspansion valve in jetta they are part of the evaporator i believe I have done a couple in those cars. so if you are going for the blend door as the problem u might as weel put a new evaporator in with it. Good luck

No cold air inside the car

try rechecking the blend door actuator and its connections, fuse, etc. also if your AC system is overcharged it will blow warm air.

Arcondition blows hot air, freon in the blue and clutch on compressor engage

Make sure your blend door is closing all the way and that the actuator actually works.

When the ac is on the driver side vent blow only hot air and the passenger vent blow the cold ac air

Usually a sign of low freon or a blend door problem. If the system is full of freon, I would check the blend doors under the dash.

Air blows cold in rear but warm in front vents.

If it is cold in the rear, that eliminates the "freon" part of the system. (It apparently has enough freon and the compressor is apparently working.)

So that leaves you with a blend-air door problem on the front A/C unit. That may be a blend-air door actuator, a broken blend-air door, or a faulty control head. (Proper diagnosis required)

When ac is on heat comes out

The system may be under charged. Does the compressor kick on? The blend air door for the hot and cold may be stuck in the heat position. The tempature setting moves a blend air door between the heater core and the A/C evaporator.

The fans blow freon is full and still blows warm air in my 07 ford five hundred. man told me it could be a vent not closing. please its freaking hot 100+

your temperature/blend door actuator may not be working. has the a/c been working this summer? if so you may want to check the a/c clutch to make sure is is coming on. the clutch coil can go bad and not engage the compressor.

If the compressor is engaged and the system is full then your problem is that you have a defective air temperature control blend door and or blend door actuator. Yours is stuck on heat.

Front aircond. blows warm. Rear air is cold

this is caused by a defective temperature control blend door actuator motor. Don't overhcahrge the system, if one part of dual climate works ok the problem is not the compressor or the system charge

1st Thing,
Located Someone With a Set Of A/C Gauges 134A Freon,
Make Sure Your A/C System Has Enought Freon In It, There Is a Low Freon Pressure Switch
In The Electrical System, Usually, 50-60 PSIG or Less On The Gauges, Will Indicate Low Freon, When Freon Is Low The Compressor Is Dis-engaged To Prevent Compressor Damage.
1] Low Freon
2] Bad Low Pressure switch
3] Blowen Fuse[s]
4] Electrical Problem[s]
[a] Digital Climate Controlled ?
Climate Control Self Diagnose From Button's On Unit, OEM Manual Explains This,
If Yor Auto Has Digital Climate Control.
5] Bad Compressor DC Coil

Note: Does The Compressor Engage, Click-On When Button Is Pressed, But Getting
Only Warm Air?
Is One Of The Compressor Aluminum Tube's Cold, Be Careful Other Is Really Warm/Hot,
If Cold and or Sweating, Dripping Water [Normal], You Are Blending Hot Air w/Cold
Air At The Heater Blend Box, Making Warm Air.
If This Is So, If A Vaccum Controlled Temp Unit, Check For A Vaccum Hose Bad,
Should Be Either 1or 2 Vaccum Lines Going Into Firewall To Feed The Controller
Unit, If OK, Might Be a Bad Blend Box Diaphram, [Control's A/C air, Blocks Off
heater Coil Hot Air].
If Your Auto Is Vaccum Controlled, Can You Changed From Bottom, Dash,
Defrost Air Flow?, Yes, No Vaccum Lost Feeding Controller, Still Might Have
Bad Diaphram Blending Hot Air w/Cold If Your Have Cold Alum-Tubing In
engine Compartment.
If Digital Climate Controlled, Might have Diaphram's, Vaccum Controlled or
electrical Servo's Controlled vs Diaphram [Vaccum] Controlled.
This Might Help, Hopefully, This Is Just For Starter's, There More To Some System's
and Without The OEM Mgr's Manual[s] You/Be Would Be Lost, especially w/Electrical.
Later, God Bless
