Question about 2002 Volkswagen Jetta TDI
Unplug fuse 14 wait a few seconds and plug it back in. Check the fuse with a meter - I hear they can go bad without visibly looking blown.
If that doesn't work its the CCM - Convenience/Comfort Control Module. It's up under the dash to the left the steering column, behind your headlight switch.
