Question about 1995 Pontiac Bonneville
You will need to unbolt but not completely take out the power steering pump pulley/assembly, you also need to loosen the serpentine belt (make sure you write down or draw or take a picture of how the belt goes on before taking it off), and take off the pulley attached to the water pump. You'll need sockets 12 thru 15 I believe, an extension for the socket drive, 5/16 socket (not 100% sure about size but have a whole set with you) for the pulley on the water pump, and the water pump itself and a scraper to clean off the old water pump gasket from the engine. If you can drain your radiator then do so, otherwise as you loosen the pump all the antifreeeze will spill out of the engine where the pump is. Loosen the belt. To take the steering pump off, you need the extension piece and the screws will be accessible threw the holes in the pulley (u have to feel them out if u can't see them). Put the steering pump to the side do not take it out completely. The rest is unscrewing the water pump pulley, then the pump itself, scrap off any dirt left by the old pump and apply new gasket and pump and reverse all the procedures. Good luck
