Changed coil pack, plugs, and wires and is still miss firing what else can it be? it is a 1999 toyota camry with 130,000 miles on engine. need ideas for other causes to look at.
Worn Valves
Vacuum Leaks -intake or exhaust before the converter
Injectors-Leaking
Timing belt -issue
Worn & blocked exhaust converter
Fuel Pressure
Evap System leaks
Need to road test with scanner & look at data:
Misfires Counts
Fuel Trim
O2 Voltages & switching times
I would say the valves are worn & not sealing,
but would need to see the data & test results from
component testing
Do a cylinder leak down test & confirm no timing issues

The codes are for a random miss, and a miss on cylinders 1 and 3.
It could be ignition or the fuel injectors, or a vac leak or mechanical problem such as a cam.
The computer sees a drop in RPM on those cylinders noting a drop in horsepower.
A mechanic would verify those two cylinders are firing and getting fuel then check for mechanical problems.
