Question about Chevrolet 1500
Misses, then runs decent. It seems to run worse when you put it in gear and try to drive it (kind of like an old carburetor that needs rebuilding because of sitting and/or gunk built up in it.
Wouldn't hurt to run some fuel injector cleaner through the system, get some for the tank. Also check for any vacuum leaks. Does it idle ok, or is it rough? How long has it been for replacing the distributor cap and plug wires? They will with age leak off high voltage, especially at critical times. A restricted fuel filter will rob you of power too.
